This Legal Notice & Privacy Policy Addendum supplements the automated Privacy Policy for Kyotic.
For purposes of this Legal Notice, the Privacy Policy, and any privacy-related request, “Kyotic,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Street Cop Labs LLC d/b/a Kyotic, an Oregon limited liability company operating under the assumed business name Kyotic.
This Addendum does not replace the automated Privacy Policy generated for our store. It supplements and clarifies that policy, including our legal identity, contact information, privacy request process, and certain operational uses of personal information.
If this Addendum conflicts with the automated Privacy Policy solely as to Kyotic’s legal identity, business name, mailing address, privacy contact email, or privacy request instructions, this Addendum controls to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Relationship to the Privacy Policy
Our automated Privacy Policy describes how personal information may be collected, used, disclosed, retained, and processed when you visit our website, use our Services, make a purchase, create an account, request customer support, submit a return or exchange, interact with marketing, or otherwise communicate with us.

Kyotic may sell or provide information about supplements, nutritional products, ingestibles, or other health-related products.
If you contact us about a supplement, nutritional product, health-related product, ingredient, reaction, allergy concern, broken seal, damaged packaging, product safety issue, or similar matter, you may voluntarily provide health-related information. We may use that information to respond to your request, evaluate the issue, process a replacement or refund where applicable, investigate product safety concerns, comply with legal obligations, and protect our rights.
